 Phases of Construction

  • Layout

    • We layout the location of the pool in your yard so that we can make sure the size and location of the pool meets your expectations prior to breaking ground.

  • Excavation

    • We begin the process by forming the perimeter of the pool. Once this is completed we can begin digging the pool and removing all the soil and rocks from the construction area.

  • Steel

    • This is the installation of the rebar in the pool.

  • Plumbing

    • All of the pool plumbing is installed in and around the. All of the plumbing is pressure tested to assure there are no leaks. We also install the pool equipment at this time if the site allows for it.

  • Shotcrete

    • Also referred to as gunite, this is the process where pneumatically applied concrete creates the actual structure of the pool.

  • Electrical

    • Installation of conduit and pool lights as well as hooking up all of the pool equipment.

  • Tile and Coping

    • We install the tile on the interior of the pool along with the stone, concrete, brick or other materials around the edge of the pool.

  • Masonry

    • All other stone, CMU and tile work

  • Decking

    • This is the perimeter area around your pool. We install many different types of decking. Concrete, pavers, and flagstone are just a few of the options.

  • Plaster

    • This is the last step in your pool construction. We apply the interior finish in the pool, set all of our fittings and get ready to add water.
